Online Plant Price Comparisons

This caught my eye in a catalog. I have been wanting this plant since I saw it at Chanticleer Gardens in 2016. $24.99 seemed way too expensive for a plant that spreads readily, as I had seen.

So of course I’m going to Google for it and see where else I can get it. The store I selected was The Shop: Monticello, Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello. Not only was it $6 per plant, I would be supporting a non-profit. I ordered 3, which I would not have been able to for $24.99.

I’ll find out if the quality is any good, but I expect that it will be, from a source that values its reputation.

Another benefit of Googling specific plants is that you will find more sources. I would never have thought to look to Monticello for plants. Not only did I find the one I wanted, but much, much, more. They offer a wonderful selection of plants and trees, and if my garden was not already so full, I might have ordered a few more.

Happy shopping.
